Growing up on a local beef farm, we learned early what it means to put in a full day’s work and take pride in the results. Working in central Virginia, we serve the following regions: Nelson, Amherst, Campbell County, Bedford, Albemarle, Augusta, Madison, Greene, Orange, Staunton, Lynchburg, Charlottesville, and Waynesboro.

    Seth is the heart behind the business. As a founder and hands-on partner, he brings years of experience, a strong work ethic, and a commitment to doing things the right way the first time. From day one, Seth has been focused on building a company that values quality, trust and relationships.

  • Clay Umbarger

    PARTNER

    Clay recently joined the business as a partner, bringing fresh energy and a shared vision for growth. Working closely along Seth, the two are focused on making smart, forward-thinking decisions to keep delivering the highest quality work. Clay’s drive, reliability and eye for detail make him a key part of the team as the business continues to grow.

  • Trent Umbarger

    Trent, the youngest of the Umbarger trio, has joined the team to assist with day-to-day business needs administratively as well as in the field. Highly motivated and eager to learn, Trent brings a unique perspective to the operation. His energy and fresh outlook make him an essential part of the team.
